Refund Policy

Each LASTFATE book is a digital product personalized from the birth data you provide. Korean e-commerce law (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Art. 17 and its Enforcement Decree, Art. 21) limits withdrawal for such products once production or delivery has begun. You confirm this at checkout.

1. Before production starts

Full refund. Production starts automatically right after payment is confirmed, so email contact@lovill.kr immediately with your name and email.

2. After production starts

Withdrawal is limited because the book is being made for you personally.

3. Our responsibility

• Not delivered within 7 days of payment: full refund.
• File cannot be opened or content is missing: reissue or full refund.
• Content differs materially from what was advertised: full refund (within 3 months of receipt and 30 days of discovering the issue).

4. Your mistakes

If you entered wrong birth data, we can refund and let you reorder only before production starts.

5. How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 3 business days of approval. Your card issuer or provider may take longer to show it.
