Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the digital products offered by LOVILL Co., Ltd. ("we") under the LASTFATE brand ("Service").

2. The Service

We create personalized digital books (PDF and EPUB) from the birth information you provide, using twelve East-West systems. Books are currently written in Korean.

3. Contract

A contract is formed when you complete payment after confirming the products, price and these terms. Prices are shown in USD or KRW and are calculated on our server from our current price list. Payments are processed by PortOne and its payment partners.

4. Delivery

We email download links within 7 days of payment. Links remain valid for 7 days; within 1 year of purchase, ask contact@lovill.kr and we reissue them free.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information. A missing or inaccurate birth time reduces the precision of six systems and is not a defect.
• Use the books for personal purposes. Do not copy, resell or distribute them.

7. Nature of the Service

The Service does not predict the future or determine your fate. It is a self-understanding reference and does not replace medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You are responsible for your decisions. Nothing here limits liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any right you have under mandatory law.

8. Copyright

We own the copyright in the delivered content; you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you).

10. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply. Disputes go to the competent courts of Korea. Contact: contact@lovill.kr.
